At Road-A-Motive LLC, we strive to provide excellent service to our customers. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an appointment or request a refund. This Refund and Cancellation Policy describes our policies and procedures for cancellations and refunds.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. You may cancel an appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time, we may charge a cancellation fee of $20. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who repeatedly cancels appointments.

 

If we need to cancel an appointment for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule the appointment at a time that is convenient for you.

 

Refund Policy

 

We stand behind the quality of our services and we want you to be satisfied with the work we do. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion. If you paid for the service by credit card, we may issue a refund to the same credit card. If you paid by cash or check, we may issue a refund by check.

 

We do not provide refunds for services that have already been performed, except in cases where we are unable to complete the service due to circumstances beyond our control. If we are unable to complete a service for any reason, we will refund your payment in full.

 

Limitations

 

We are not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from the cancellation or refund of a service. We are not liable for any damages or losses caused by your vehicle, property, or any other circumstance related to the service.

 

In addition, we are not responsible for any pre-existing issues with your vehicle that we did not detect during our inspection. Our services are designed to identify and repair issues that are within our expertise, but we cannot guarantee that we will identify all issues with your vehicle.

Changes to this policy

 

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on our website or mobile app.
