Welcome to Road-A-Motive, a mobile mechanic & mobile detailing service. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Pre-existing issues: We are not responsible for fixing any pre-existing issues with your vehicle. We will only provide the services requested by you and will not be held liable for any other issues with your vehicle.
Right to decline service: We reserve the right to decline service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Cancellation fee: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. If you fail to do so, we will charge a cancellation fee of 20 USD.
Liability: We are not liable for any damages caused to your property, including but not limited to your vehicle, home, or personal belongings, during or after the provision of our services. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise due to external factors outside our control.
Use of services: Our services are provided for your personal use only. You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any of our services without our prior written consent.
Copyright and intellectual property: The content, design, and intellectual property associated with our services are owned by us and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
Privacy: We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
Governing law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.

Communication: We will communicate with you through email, phone, or text message to confirm appointments, notify you of any changes, and provide updates on the progress of the service. By booking an appointment, you consent to receive these communications from us.
Confidentiality: We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal and vehicle information, except where required by law or where necessary for the provision of our services.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the provision of our services to you at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. In the event of termination, any fees paid for services not yet rendered will be refunded to you.
Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising out of the provision of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Limitation of liability: Our liability for any damages arising out of the provision of our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

Safety: We are committed to providing a safe working environment for our employees and customers. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe that providing the service would create an unsafe situation.
Delays: We will make every effort to arrive at your scheduled appointment time, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. We are not liable for any delays in our arrival or any damages or costs that may arise as a result of such delays.
Availability: Our services are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide services at all times or in all locations.
Scope of services: The services we provide are limited to those expressly agreed upon by you and us. We are not responsible for any other issues with your vehicle, and we reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Customer responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is in a safe and accessible location and that any pets or children are safely secured or removed from the area where the services are being provided.
Environmental hazards: We reserve the right to refuse service if there are environmental hazards or unsafe conditions present in the area where the services are being provided.
Right to inspect: We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle prior to providing services to identify any pre-existing damage or other issues that may impact the provision of our services.
Customer communication: You agree to promptly communicate any issues or concerns regarding the services provided and to provide us with all necessary information to resolve such issues.
Service guarantee: We guarantee our services to be of the highest quality and will make every effort to resolve any issues that arise as a result of our services.
Data privacy: We will collect and use personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and will not sell or distribute such information without your consent.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these terms and conditions or from your use of our services.

We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left unsecured.
Non-responsibility for damages caused by third parties: We are not responsible for any damages or issues that arise as a result of actions or negligence by third parties, including but not limited to accidents, vandalism, theft, or property damage caused by others.
Reservation of right to modify services based on site conditions: We reserve the right to modify or adjust the scope of our services based on the conditions of the site where the services are to be provided, including access limitations, safety concerns, or environmental hazards.
No responsibility for damages caused by customer's failure to mitigate: You agree to take reasonable measures to mitigate damages or prevent further damage to your vehicle or property if an issue arises after the provision of our services. We are not responsible for any damages that could have been reasonably prevented.
Reservation of right to refuse additional or unauthorized work: We reserve the right to refuse any additional work or modifications to the scope of services beyond what was initially agreed upon without our prior approval. Any unauthorized work or modifications may void warranties or guarantees provided by us.
No responsibility for damages caused by customer's improper use: We are not responsible for any damages, malfunctions, or issues that arise from your improper use, negligence, or misuse of your vehicle after the provision of our services.
Reservation of right to retain information: We may retain customer information, including contact details, vehicle information, and service records, for a reasonable period of time for administrative and business purposes, unless otherwise required by law.
No responsibility for damages caused by weather or environmental factors: We are not responsible for any damages, deterioration, or issues that arise as a result of weather conditions, exposure to the elements, or other environmental factors after the completion of our services.

No responsibility for customer's failure to follow maintenance recommendations: We may provide recommendations regarding ongoing maintenance or care for your vehicle. We are not responsible for any damages, malfunctions, or issues that arise from your failure to follow these maintenance recommendations.
Non-responsibility for damages caused by customer's failure to act on recalls: It is your responsibility to promptly act upon any manufacturer recalls or safety notices related to your vehicle. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur as a result of your failure to address recalls or safety notices.
Reservation of right to verify customer identity: We reserve the right to verify the identity of the customer and the ownership or authority to request services for the vehicle. We may require proof of identification or documentation to ensure the legitimacy of the service request.
No responsibility for customer's failure to comply with laws: It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements related to the operation, maintenance, and use of your vehicle. We are not responsible for any damages, fines, or penalties that may arise from your non-compliance.
No responsibility for customer's failure to follow recommendations: We may provide recommendations or advice regarding the maintenance, repair, or operation of your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for any damages, malfunctions, or issues that arise from your failure to follow these recommendations.
Reservation of right to inspect and refuse service: We reserve the right to inspect your vehicle and its components to ensure the feasibility and safety of providing services. If we determine that the vehicle is unsafe or unsuitable for the requested services, we may refuse or modify the scope of the services.
Non-responsibility for unforeseen damages: While we take utmost care in the provision of our services, there may be unforeseen damages or complications that arise during the course of the work. We are not responsible for such damages, provided that we have exercised reasonable care and skill.
Customer responsibility for securing pets: If you have pets on your property, it is your responsibility to secure them in a safe and appropriate manner during the provision of our services. We are not responsible for any harm, injury, or loss related to unsecured pets.
Non-responsibility for services performed by other providers: Weare not responsible for any services performed by other providers or third parties that may be recommended or referred to you. Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide.

No responsibility for customer-provided parts: If you choose to purchase parts yourself and provide them for installation or repair, we do not take responsibility for any issues that may arise due to defective parts, incorrect installation, or poor quality. Our warranty only covers the parts we provide.
Reservation of right to refuse service due to safety concerns: We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the provision of services if we believe that providing the service would create an unsafe or hazardous situation, including but not limited to aggressive or threatening behavior, presence of hazardous materials, or unsafe work conditions.
Reservation of right to use subcontractors: We may engage subcontractors or third-party contractors to assist in the provision of our services. By using our services, you agree to the involvement of subcontractors as necessary.
Non-responsibility for damages caused by customer modifications: If you have made modifications or alterations to your vehicle, we are not responsible for any damages, malfunctions, or issues that may arise as a result of those modifications.
Reservation of right to refuse service for inaccessible vehicles: If the vehicle is in an inaccessible location, such as a locked garage or a space that does not allow safe access for our employees, we reserve the right to refuse service or charge additional fees for access.
No responsibility for damages caused by customer's failure to follow instructions: It is your responsibility to follow any instructions or guidelines provided by our employees regarding the use, operation, or maintenance of your vehicle after the provision of our services. We are not responsible for any damages or issues that may arise from your failure to follow such instructions.
Reservation of right to photograph or record: We reserve the right to take photographs, videos, or other recordings of your vehicle before, during, and after the provision of our services. These may be used for quality control, documentation, or promotional purposes.
No responsibility for damages caused by improper or unauthorized use of services: We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or issues that arise from your improper or unauthorized use of our services, including but not limited to using the services for illegal activities or beyond the intended scope of service.

No responsibility for damages caused by customer's failure to report issues: It is your responsibility to promptly report any issues, concerns, or dissatisfaction with the services provided. Failure to report such issues may limit our ability to address them in a timely manner.
Reservation of right to refuse service based on condition of vehicle: We reserve the right to refuse service or modify the scope of services based on the condition, safety, or suitability of your vehicle. This includes situations where the vehicle requires extensive repairs or poses a risk to our employees or equipment.
Non-responsibility for damages caused by customer's failure to disclose information: It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant information, including pre-existing conditions, known issues, or modifications, that may impact the provision of our services. We are not responsible for any damages or issues that arise from your failure to disclose such information.
Reservation of right to update pricing and fees: We reserve the right to update our pricing, fees, or service charges at any time, with or without notice. The updated pricing and fees will apply to all future services provided by us.
No responsibility for damages caused by the customer's failure to secure the vehicle: It is your responsibility to secure your vehicle and ensure its safety during the provision of our services. We are not responsible for any damages, theft, or loss of your vehicle or its contents due to your failure to secure it properly.
Reservation of right to request signature or acceptance: We may require your signature or acceptance of these terms and conditions, service agreements, or waivers before the provision of our services. Your refusal to sign or accept may result in the refusal of service.
No responsibility for damages caused by the customer's failure to maintain the vehicle: It is your responsibility to properly maintain your vehicle in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. We are not responsible for any damages, malfunctions, or issues that arise from your failure to maintain your vehicle properly.
Reservation of right to refuse service for non-payment: We reserve the right to refuse service or withhold the provision of services if payment for previous services rendered is not received in a timely manner or if there are outstanding invoices or fees.
No responsibility for damages caused by customer's failure to follow post-service instructions: It is your responsibility to follow any post-service instructions, recommendations, or restrictions provided by our employees. We are not responsible for any damages, malfunctions, or issues that arise from your failure to follow such instructions.
Reservation of right to impose additional charges: We reserve the right to impose additional charges, fees, or expenses for services that require additional time, resources, or specialized equipment beyond what was initially agreed upon.
No responsibility for damages caused by customer's failure to follow vehicle manufacturer's guidelines: It is your responsibility to follow the guidelines, instructions, and recommendations provided by your vehicle manufacturer. We are not responsible forany damages, malfunctions, or issues that arise from your failure to follow the manufacturer's guidelines.
Reservation of right to refuse service for illegal or unethical activities: We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the provision of services if we have reason to believe that the services are being used for illegal or unethical activities.
No responsibility for damages caused by customer's failure to secure service area: It is your responsibility to secure the service area and ensure the safety of our employees and equipment during the provision of services. We are not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of your failure to secure the service area properly.
Reservation of right to use customer feedback: We may use customer feedback, testimonials, or reviews for promotional purposes on our website, social media platforms, or other marketing materials.
No responsibility for damages caused by customer's failure to provide accurate information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding your vehicle, contact details, and service requirements. We are not responsible for any damages, delays, or issues that may arise from your failure to provide accurate information.
Reservation of right to subcontract services: We may subcontract or assign the provision of services to third-party contractors or service providers as necessary. Any subcontractors or third-party contractors engaged by us will be bound by these terms and conditions.
No responsibility for damages caused by customer's failure to follow warranty instructions: It is your responsibility to follow any warranty instructions, terms, or conditions provided by us or the manufacturer of the parts used in the provision of our services. We are not responsible for any damages, malfunctions, or issues that arise from your failure to follow warranty instructions.

Compliance with vehicle warranty requirements: It is your responsibility to comply with all vehicle manufacturer warranty requirements, including routine maintenance, using approved parts, and following recommended service intervals. Failure to do so may void the vehicle warranty, and we are not responsible for any such voided warranties.
